Park JK, et al. - This trial was conducted to assess if the efficacy of seasonal influenza vaccination in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) was improved with a 2-week methotrexate (MTX) discontinuation after vaccination. As per the data, the immunogenicity of seasonal influenza vaccination in patients with RA improved with a temporary MTX discontinuation for 2 weeks after vaccination without increasing RA disease activity.
