Romain AJ, et al. – This study investigated the influence of obesity and mood disorders (ObMD) on physical comorbidities, psychological well–being, health behaviours and use of health services. The authors suggested that the co–occurrence of mood disorder and obesity appeared to be an aggravating factor of obesity–related factors because it is correlated with poorer health in several areas. They added that interventions to prevent or manage obesity in mood disorders are necessary.
