Journal of Bone and Mineral Research Aug 12, 2017
Feigenson M, et al. – In this research work, the scientists explored the functions of histone deacetylases (Hdacs), one of the enzymes blocked by current Hdac inhibitor therapies, in skeletal mesenchymal progenitor cells. They explained that Hdac3 regulates distinct pathways in mesenchymal cell populations and was required for mesenchymal progenitor cell differentiation and long bone development.
