Genetic variants in long noncoding RNA H19 contribute to the risk of breast cancer in a southeast China Han population
OncoTargets and Therapy Sep 14, 2017
Lin Y, et al. - The interaction between two long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) H19 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (rs217727 C>T, rs2839698 C>T) and the risk of breast cancer (BC) was explored in a Chinese Han population. This study extended available data on the association of H19 polymorphisms and BC susceptibility. These outcomes proposed further large-scale studies and functional research to confirm the findings and better elucidate the underlying biological mechanisms.
