Wang Y, et al. - The authors aimed to investigate whether FOXO4 expression was associated with the occurrence and outcome of seizures in patients with low-grade gliomas (LGGs). They concluded that in patients with LGGs, low FOXO4 expression was a significant risk factor for epileptic seizures and was correlated with the seizure outcome. For tumor-associated epilepsy, FOXO4 could be a potential therapeutic target.
