Sinclair RD, et al. - Researchers undertook an exploratory study of the efficacy of minoxidil 0.25 mg and spironolactone 25 mg for the treatment of patients pattern hair loss (PHL). It was inferred that once daily capsules containing minoxidil 0.25 mg and spironolactone 25 mg was safe and effective in the treatment of FPHL.
