Shulman B, et al. - The authors aimed to assess the feasibility of an 8-week mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) intervention as an adjunctive treatment for postpartum depression and anxiety. They showed that for postpartum depression/anxiety that does not wholly remit with pharmacotherapy, MBCT had potential as an adjunctive, non-pharmacological treatment.
