Mascolo M, et al. - This study entailed an analysis of the potential value of FKBP51 expression as a new reliable marker of outcome, in Mycosis fungoides (MF) patients. Based on the results, the proposition put forth was that FKBP51 served as a prognostic marker for MF and that this immunophilin wAS INVOLVED in deregulated NF-κB pathway of this cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL).
