Ortiz DA, et al. - In this work, authors performed a comparison of the Lumipulse G TP-N assay with the Bioplex 2200 Syphilis IgG multiplex flow immunoassay to assess its performance characteristics and workflow efficiency. The two automated systems indicated comparable performance characteristics, suggesting the Lumipulse G TP-N assay as suitable for high-throughput syphilis screening.
