Rana S, et al. - A comparative analysis was pursued of the efficacy of microneedling alone and the combination of microneedling with serial 70% glycolic acid peel, in the management of atrophic acne scars. The combination of sequential 70% glycolic acid peel and microneedling yielded better scar improvement than the microneedling alone. Moreover, it resulted in an improvement in the skin texture.
