Archives of Gynecology and Obstetrics Jul 15, 2018
Bathwal S, et al. - A comparison of the efficacy of GnRH agonist (GnRH-a) with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in women with history of follicular–endometrial asynchrony after clomiphene in intrauterine insemination (IUI) cycles. Researchers performed a prospective observational study recruiting 631 women with unexplained infertility and follicular–endometrial asynchrony (follicle ≥ 18 mm, endometrial thickness (ET) < 7 mm) in previous two failed clomiphene/IUI cycles. Findings suggested the utility of GnRH agonist in unexplained infertility for triggering ovulation in women with follicular–endometrial asynchrony following clomiphene induction.
