Perper M, et al. – The effectiveness of fractional lasers on hair regrowth was comprehensively appraised during this research. It was determined that by creating microscopic thermal injury zones, fractional lasers could bring about an increase in hair growth from a wound healing process, making them potential therapeutic options for alopecia. In order to establish appropriate parameters and treatment intervals and further explore their effectiveness, additional analyses were necessitated.
