Schwensen JF, et al. - The intention of this research was to substantiate the effectiveness and safety of secukinumab in patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. It was deduced that secukinumab served as an effective therapeutic choice with a favorable side effect profile in those patients who were refractory to or suffered from side effects of traditional biologic drugs.
