Otchere H, et al. – The present study is conducted to evaluate the impact of time on topographic corneal clearance of three scleral contact lenses of varying sagittal depths. In light of these outcomes, there is a likelihood of clearance loss after 1 hour of lens wear. This varies between subjects, initial lens–fit relationship, and over time.
