Wang H, et al. - The upshot of levothyroxine was comprehensively inspected on miscarriage among women undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) who had normal thyroid function and tested positive for thyroid autoantibodies. Neither a reduction was achieved in the miscarriage rates nor an increase in the live-birth rates was noted through the levothyroxine therapy among women in China who had intact thyroid function and tested positive for antithyroperoxidase antibodies and were undergoing IVF-ET, compared with no levothyroxine treatment.
