The present systematic review and meta-analysis involved randomized controlled trials examining the impact of GLP-1 RA on leptin and resistin concentrations. The sample consisted of 1,025 individuals. According to the findings of this meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials, GLP-1 RA therapy decreases both leptin and resistin levels.
