Effect of different liners on fracture resistance of premolars restored with conventional and short fiber-reinforced composite resins
Journal of Prosthodontics Jan 17, 2018
Shafiei F, et al. - This inquiry was pursued to investigate the impact of applying four different liners under short fiber-reinforced composite (SFRC), everX Posterior, compared to conventional composite resin, Z250, on their strengthening property in premolar mesio-occluso-distal (MOD) cavities. Researchers concluded that four liners can be used without interfering with the higher efficacy of SFRC vs conventional composite resins to improve the fracture strength of premolar MOD cavities.
