Al-Sowygh ZH - Researcher evaluated if surgical crown lengthening (SCL) procedure produces stable clinical outcomes for restorative treatment. As per data, whether or not SCL produces gingival rebound, or re-establishes biological width (BW) and changes in clinical attachment level remained debatable. In all studies, the risk of bias was considered high. For bone level changes the overall mean difference was significant at follow-up.
