Journal of Endodontics Sep 18, 2017
Brizuela C, et al. - The purpose of this randomized clinical trial was to compare the efficacy of calcium hydroxide (CH), mineral trioxide aggregate [MTA], and Biodentine as pulp capping materials in young permanent molars. According to the findings obtained, calcium silicate materials (CSMs) seemed to be suitable materials to replace CH. Biodentine and MTA offered some benefits over CH although no significant differences were observed among the materials studied.
