Stull DE, et al. - Herein, the direct and indirect (mediated) effects of secukinumab vs. ustekinumab were examined on the quality of life, work productivity, and activity impairment, based on the severity and the symptoms of psoriasis. Both Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) response and reduction in symptoms played a significant role in the improvements with regard to the health-related quality of life and work and daily activity owing to secukinumab when compared to ustekinumab.
