Santiagu F, et al. - This research entailed the exploration of the changes in the central corneal thickness (CCT) in patients during the third trimester and postpartum phases of normal pregnancy, pregestational diabetes mellitus (DM), and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Based on the findings, it was inferred that diabetes mellitus during pregnancy possibly did not affect the CCT.
