Skala SL, et al. – Experts illustrated the detection of 6 TFEB–amplified renal cell carcinomas and 25 renal cell carcinomas with MITF translocations. They found the support of TFE3 and TFEB FISH evaluation in the identification and accurate classification of renal cell carcinomas with MITF aberrations. It incorporated TFEB–amplified renal cell carcinoma, which seemed to demonstrate aggressive behavior.
