Comparison of protein-based cell-of-origin classification to the Lymph2Cx RNA assay in a cohort of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas in Malaysia
Journal of Clinical Pathology Aug 16, 2017
Phang KC, et al. – This research coveted an examination of the immunohistochemical (IHC) protocols against RNA–based technologies. The intent was to identify the concordance. The effect of preanalytical variation on the performance of Lymph2Cx assay was also analyzed as a part of this trial. The current IHC–based protocols for cell of origin (COO) classification of diffuse large B–cell lymphoma (DLBCL) at UKM Malaysia were in line with previously reported results. It was found that the significant variation in preanalytical factors did not critically impact the quality of the Lymph2Cx assay.
