Comparison of completion rates for SF-36 compared with SF-12 quality of life surveys at a tertiary urban wound center

Kim PJ, et al. - This randomized prospective study compared the completion rates for the Short Form-36 (SF-36) and Short Form-12 (SF-12) quality of life surveys. Findings suggested that a higher total survey completion rate was yielded by SF-12, however, completion seemed independent of the shorter survey length.
