Klimova A, et al. - The authors comparatively analyzed the prognosis and survival rate of individuals with vitreoretinal lymphoma with and without central nervous system (CNS) involvement. The relapse of the lymphoma was delayed considerably due to the combined treatment of primary vitreoretinal lymphoma compared to the local therapy alone. A prominent positive prognostic value was obtained through the intraocular involvement when overall survival was compared.
