Zhou F, et al. - This paper sought to investigate the clinical outcomes of single-stage surgery for treatment of patients with congenital ptosis and coexisting strabismus. The determination of the appropriate diagnosis and guidance with regard to the surgical decision-making warranted a comprehensive preoperative examination. Single-stage surgery for congenital ptosis and coexisting strabismus appeared to be effective. It was noted that a shortened treatment period was advantageous for the patients.
