Clinicopathological significance of atypical glandular cells on cervicovaginal Pap smears

Kim MK, et al. – The histologic association and clinical importance of atypical glandular cells (AGC) detected on Pap tests, were analyzed during this research. It was reported that the relatively high incidence of prominent neoplasia correlated with AGC stressed on the significance of adherence to the AGC management guidelines. These suggested early and intensive investigation using multiple testing modalities.
