Agarwal S, et al. - This research resolved to report the clinical profile and role of perioperative adjunctive measures to lower the risk of recurrence in Pythium insidiosum keratitis. Awareness had to be created of the measures in the management of refractory fungal keratitis. The adjunctive measures possibly displaying a beneficial role in the management of pythium keratitis were outlined here.
