Clinical outcomes and radiologic assessment of a modified suture button arthroscopic Latarjet procedure

Xu J, et al. - To examine the clinical outcomes and also to study the radiologic assessment of a modified suture button (MSB) arthroscopic Latarjet procedure, researchers quantified 91 candidates with recurrent shoulder joint dislocation who underwent MSB arthroscopic Latarjet procedure. They observed excellent outcome with few complications (4%) in the MSB arthroscopic Latarjet procedure whereas no degenerative changes were seen in the follow-up. They also found more lateral fixation of the graft presenting an aspect of remodeling and became flush with the glenoid rim over time.
