International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry Feb 05, 2019
Aly MM, et al. - Investigators analyzed 26 necrotic immature permanent anterior teeth to evaluate clinically and radiographically the consequence of using 2 types of coronal plug materials ie, Biodentine (Group I) and white Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (Group II) in revascularization of non-vital immature teeth. They found a significant difference in the distribution of discoloration between the 2 groups. Overall, they noticed no statistically significant difference in clinical successes and percentage of increase in root length between the 2 groups indicating the success of both the coronal plug materials.
