Clinical and demographic correlates of ejaculatory dysfunctions other than premature ejaculation: A prospective, observational study
The Journal of Sexual Medicine Feb 17, 2019
Paduch DA, et al. - Authors estimated 988 individuals of mean age 52 years to analyze the prevalence, severity, and related distress of 4 ejaculatory dysfunctions: delayed ejaculation (DE), anejaculation (AE), perceived ejaculate volume reduction (PEVR) and/or decreased force of ejaculation (DFE) as a function of demographic and clinical characteristics in males. They found a positive association of the prevalence of PEVR and DFE with age (<40 years vs 60–70 years). They also found a relationship between DFE and BMI (≥30 kg/m2 vs < 25 kg/m2). They recorded the prevalence of all ejaculatory dysfunctions higher in black men.
