He L, et al. Â The specialists attempted this work to examine the apolipoprotein M (apoM) levels in patients with the primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS). They found higher serum apoM concentrations in patients with hyperlipidemia as compared with healthy controls. They explained that low serum apoM levels in patients with PNS were likely caused by PNS.
