Alsidawi S, et al. – This article highlighted the characteristics and long–term outcomes of patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) after solid organ transplantation. Accumulated evidence showed that patients with post–transplant HNSCC had relatively poor survival and high risk of locoregional and distant recurrence. However, HPV– positive oropharyngeal tumors had better outcomes in this population.
