Kil HR, et al. – This review elaborated the changes in clinical features and laboratory findings of Kawasaki disease (KD) over a period of 10 years in Korea. Accumulated evidence presented that clinical features of KD tend to be milder over time. In recent KD patients, manifestations like the higher incidence of incomplete KD, lower incidence of coronary artery lesions (CALs), and less severe laboratory findings were reported compared with their historic counterparts.
