Tohyama M, et al. - This research investigated the role of Bcl-3 as a potentiator of psoriasis-related gene expression in epidermal keratinocytes. Strong signals for Bcl-3 and p50 were disclosed in the nucleus of epidermal keratinocytes from psoriatic skin, through the immunostaining. The IL-22-STAT3-Bcl-3 pathway could be significant in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
