Ostri C, et al. - The intention of the authors was to comparatively evaluate the automated refraction 1 week and 1 month after uncomplicated cataract surgery. It was deduced that automated refraction was stable 1 week after uncomplicated cataract surgery. However, a trend was brought to light towards instability, if the refractive target was missed with 1.0 D or more.
