Myers A, et al. - A cross-sectional study is carried out to test the connection amongst inactivity and obesity. The outcome of this study showed the clear relationship among objective measures of PA (and sedentary behaviour), energy expenditure, adiposity and appetite control. This information demonstrates strong connections between physical inactivity and obesity. This relationship is probably going to be bidirectional.
