Snitker S, et al. – The use of electrocardiogram QT–prolonging medications was inspected in predialysis chronic kidney disease (CKD), as well as, their association with QT duration was analysed. This study highlighted the prevalence of use of medications associated with QT prolongation in CKD. Experts suggested considering the safety implications of these findings in these high–risk patients.
