Fox TP, et al. - The correlation between OSA and quantitative markers of eyelid laxity or secondary ocular surface disease underwent exploratory analysis in a sleep clinic population. There was no relation between the quantitative markers of eyelid laxity with the presence or severity of OSA, among individuals referred for overnight polysomnography. Subset analysis was indicative of prior studies being limited by confounding variables or the technique of identifying eyelid laxity.
