Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in skeletally immature patients: A systematic review

Longo UG, et al. – Study authors compared different anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction techniques in terms of outcome and complications for skeletally immature patients. Findings revealed low rates of disturbance of growth after ACL reconstruction in these subjects. Researchers found that the available evidence was although limited, did not support any particular surgical technique when considering disturbance of growth or clinical outcome.
