Jesch P, et al. - The purpose of this trial was to gauge the survival rates of implants in subjects using a mucoperiosteal punch for flapless implantation in majority of the cases for assessing its medical effectiveness and safety. Experts noted that ATP-Punch was safe and medically effective. This flapless technique led to cumulative survival rates (CSRs) that were comparable to the classic surgical flap approach.
