Zeng Z, et al. - A scrutiny was carried out of the clinical features, preoperative laboratory and imaging diagnosis, and pathologic findings of insulinoma. For the preoperative diagnosis, laboratory tests of glucose, insulin and C-peptide were found to be reliable. An improvement could be achieved in the diagnosis through the combination of imaging examinations.
