Amplification of FRS2 in atypical lipomatous tumour/well -differentiated liposarcoma and dedifferentiated liposarcoma: A clinicopathological and genetic study of 146 cases
Histopathology Jan 31, 2018
Jing W, et al. - This trial incorporated an assessment of the frequency of FRS2 amplification and its correlation with the clinicopathological features of atypical lipomatous tumour (ALT)/well-differentiated liposarcoma (WDL)/dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDL). Data displayed a consistent amplification of FRS2 in ALT/WDL/DDLs. Hence, an additional avenue was yielded for the analysis of the biology of this tumour group. MDM2+/FRS2- cases could be related to certain clinicopathological features.
