BJOG: An International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Apr 19, 2018

Pereira GMV, et al. - Researchers performed a systematic review of randomized controlled studies which assess medications used to treat vulvar pain in vulvodynia. They included 5 studies in qualitative synthesis. The studies showed variation in the pain reduction rates of patients with vulvodynia assessed by Q-tipped cotton test and visual analogue scale.
