Silva YR, et al. - This study entails a comparative assessment of 2 respiratory devices (Flutter versus Lung Flute) for sputum clearance in adults with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis. Findings demonstrated that with good tolerability, both devices successfully augmented secretion clearance. Notably, most subjects preferred the Flutter because of increased speed of secretion clearance, and greater ease of use.
