Given the limited testing so far, it is too early to say whether India’s current trajectory will sustain, rise, or flatten in the coming days. In the meantime however, Dr. Purvish Parikh provides statistics that seem to indicate that SAARC countries are doing much better at flattening the curve than countries in the west.

It is interesting that SAARC countries have a much flatter curve than the developed western world. The timely action of our governments should be lauded, and they serve as an important lesson for USA and western Europe.
