About the presenter:
Dr. Sanchayan Mandal is a Senior Consultant Medical Oncologist at HCG Eko Cancer Centre, Kolkata
- He has completed his DrNB & DNB in the Department of Radiation and Medical Oncology, N.B.E, from the Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi along with an MBBS from Nilratan Sircar Medical College, Kolkata
- He has a fellowship from the renowned University of Texas, USA and has more than 17 years of experience in the field
- He has been a part of several clinical trials, the recent one is A Randomised multicentre double-blind, phase III study of AZD 9833 ( oral SERD ) plus Palbociclib versus Anastrazole plus Palbociclib for the treatment of patients with Estrogen +, HER2 Negative, Advanced Breast Cancer (ABC) who have not received any systemic treatment for Advanced Disease ( SERENA - 4)
