A physiotherapist from Vadodara has accused Dr. Yashesh Dalal, a leading neurosurgeon in the city of rape.

The woman alleged that the torment began in 2014 when Dr. Dalal ushered her into his cabin and tried to misbehave with her. He threatened to end her career if she mentioned it to anyone. Later, the doctor even promised the woman that he would divorce his wife and marry her.

In the complaint, the woman also mentioned that the accused used to take her along to different cities for conferences and had raped her. He later tried to prove that she was mentally unstable. This continued for three to four years, and the woman refused to give in to his demands. At this point, the doctor threatened her that he will leak intimate pictures. This was when the woman got scared and approached the police. Complaints have been filed against the doctor. He is currently on the run and police are trying to track him down.
