In a bid to improve existing knowledge and to acquire new skills, Department of Emergency Medicine, Jipmer has planned to organize a two-day workshop, ‘EM SONO’ (Emergency Ultrsonography ) from April 14.
 

According to a Jipmer release here , EM SONO is an ultrasound workshop for emergency physicians, aimed at training them to rapidly diagnose common acute ailments. Puducherry Lt.Governor Kiran Bedi will take part in the inaugural function, the release said.
