J&K: Official panel to ensure implementation of ban on private practice by medical faculty

The Jammu and Kashmir government has constituted a committee to ensure implementation of ban on private practice by all Head of the Departments (HoDs) HOD’s of Government Medical Colleges, Government Dental Colleges and the Associated Hospitals of the state in letter and spirit.
An official spokesperson here today said the Health & Medical Education (H&ME) Department, J&K Government has constituted a committee to implement the Government order, banning the Private Practice.“Principal Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department, Dr Pawan Kotwal has been appointed as Chairman while as Director Health Services, Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman, Director, AIDs Control Society, J&K Dr Mushtaq and Additional Secretary H&ME Department Naseer Ahmad have been appointed as members of the committee.
